Go to mosaicdoors.com/warranty Fill out the form with the: Original dealer info Jobsite address Description of the issue Photos or video (super important) We’ll review it within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps.
🚨 Tip: Dealers can fast-track claims by submitting from inside Dealer HQ.
