Our product warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and the original installation site. This ensures that we can stand behind the quality of our materials when installed and maintained according to our guidelines.
Why Isn’t the Warranty Transferable?

Verified installation conditions
Product handling and maintenance by the original owner
Once ownership changes, we can no longer guarantee how the materials were stored, installed, or maintained—which limits our ability to honor the warranty fairly.
What If I’m Selling a Property?
If you’re transferring a property that includes MosaicDoors products, we recommend passing along all product care guides, installation records, and receipts. While the warranty won’t apply to the new owner, this documentation can still help them care for the product properly.
