No, Mosaic Doors does not directly provide installation services.
However, we work closely with our dealers, builders, and contractors to ensure every product is installed correctly and performs as designed.
Who Is Responsible for Installation?
Installation is the responsibility of the dealer, contractor, or installer working on the project. Mosaic Doors manufactures high-quality door systems but does not coordinate or manage field installation.
That said, we make sure your installer has what they need to succeed.
How We Support the Installation Process
While we don’t send an installer to your site, we provide full support materials, including:
Detailed installation guides for each product line
Technical drawings and rough opening specs
Pre-hang and alignment instructions
Hardware templates and hinge placements (where applicable)
Design and support consultation during planning and ordering
Need help choosing the right install approach? We’re happy to advise based on your door configuration and site conditions.
Recommended Installer Qualifications
We recommend working with professionals who:
Are experienced with premium or custom door systems
Understand tolerances for frameless or flush construction (if applicable)
Can level, plumb, and secure non-standard openings with care
If your team is unfamiliar with Mosaic Doors products, we encourage them to review the installation guide in advance or reach out with questions.
