What Updates You’ll Receive
We send key status updates automatically to the primary contact on the order. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Order Confirmation
Sent once your deposit is received
Confirms product details, estimated timeline, and point of contact
2. Production Update
Notifies you when your order enters or completes production
Includes progress photos or notes if applicable
3. Shipping Notification
Sent when your order ships or is ready for pickup
Includes tracking number (if applicable), carrier info, and estimated delivery date
What If You Haven’t Received an Update?
If you haven’t received an update or need more detail at any stage, you can request a manual status check.
Please include:
Your order number or project name
Company name (if applicable)
The name or email used to place the order
