• Made-to-order doors typically require 6 to 8 weeks from the date of deposit.

• Custom designs and specialty finishes may take 8 to 12 weeks after final design approval.

Note: Lead times begin after deposit is received and all specifications are confirmed.

Factors That Can Affect Lead Time

While we aim for consistency, certain factors may extend your order timeline:

1. Design Revisions or Late Approvals

Custom specs or drawings must be approved before production starts. Delays in approving drawings or finishes will push timelines back.

2. Material Availability

Some specialty veneers, hardware, or finishes may have longer sourcing times—especially for highly custom orders.

3. High Volume or Peak Season

During peak production periods or for large multi-unit projects, lead times may be extended slightly. We’ll notify you if your order falls into this category.

4. Shipping & Freight Conditions

Transit times depend on your location and carrier availability. Weather, freight volume, and remote delivery zones can impact delivery schedules.
